Service Description
Notes: This is a blended course. Students must complete the online portion of the class prior to the skills session. After registration, students will be directed to the Red Cross Learning center to complete the online portion. At Kiser CPR, we offer the Red Cross First Aid CPR (Blended) course with options to suit your specific needs. Whether you require adult first aid CPR/AED for your profession or pediatric first aid as a teacher, our comprehensive course has you covered.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Students may cancel a booking 72 hours (or more) prior to the course date and time and receive a full refund. If student cancels registration less than 72 hours but before 24 hours in advance of the course date and time, a partial refund may be rewarded (up to 50% of booking fees). If student attempts to cancel class within 24 hours of course date and time, no refund will be issued, but student will have the option to reschedule course one time per the reschedule policy. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule a course, you may do so at no cost if reschedule is requested 48 hours or more prior to the course. You may only reschedule one time, and rescheduled appointments are not eligible for cancellation or refunds. If reschedule is requested within 48 hours of the course, a $25 reschedule fee will be applied prior to attendance in the course. If student "no-call, no-show's" to a course and requests to reschedule after their missed course, the student will be required to pay the full catalog price of their desired course prior to registration.
