Blended initial and Renewal Course (Advanced Provider)
Service Description
This is a blended course, so students will need to complete part 1 prior to coming to our skills session. This "part 1" can be found on the AAP's website. Information on how to register for the skills session can be found via email after registration. NRP prepares students to care for neonates at the time of birth and includes neonatal CPR, intubation, medication administration, and more. Who should take this course: - Nurses (LVN, RN) - APP's (PA's, NP's) - Physicians - Paramedics - Respiratory Therapists What does the in-person skills session include: - Basic Life Support Skills Verification - Airway Management - IO insertion - Care of the newborn - NRP algorithm review Course deposit: $75 non-refundable deposit must be made at time of registration. If student cannot make the in-person skills session, student can apply deposit to a rescheduled class one time. Course books: No book is required for this course. All books/student materials will be provided to you at the time of the class, however an NRP course manual is vital for the online portion. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Students may cancel a booking 72 hours (or more) prior to the course date and time and receive a full refund. If student cancels registration less than 72 hours but before 24 hours in advance of the course date and time, a partial refund may be rewarded (up to 50% of booking fees). If student attempts to cancel class within 24 hours of course date and time, no refund will be issued, but student will have the option to reschedule course one time per the reschedule policy. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule a course, you may do so at no cost if reschedule is requested 48 hours or more prior to the course. You may only reschedule one time, and rescheduled appointments are not eligible for cancellation or refunds. If reschedule is requested within 48 hours of the course, a $25 reschedule fee will be applied prior to attendance in the course. If student "no-call, no-show's" to a course and requests to reschedule after their missed course, the student will be required to pay the full catalog price of their desired course prior to registration.
