Service Description
****To register, you must call us to schedule this one-on-one appointment!**** Learn life-saving skills with Kiser CPR’s AHA Basic Life Support Skills Only course. This blended course requires completion of the Heartcode Basic Life Support prior to attending the 30-minute skills verification, making it the perfect solution for those with busy schedules. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the necessary skills to become certified in basic life support. Invest in yourself and your community with Kiser CPR. Registration options: 1. You can go to elearning.heart.org and purchase the "Heartcode Basic Life Support" program yourself. Once you have completed the online component, schedule your one-on-one skills session with us. 2. Schedule your skills session and we will purchase/assign the online Heartcode for you. Make one payment and you don't have to search for the correct course on the AHA's website. Book info: No book is required for the in-person skills session Included in this course: 1. All didactic (lecture portion) is done online at home, so when you come to us, there is only the skills practice 2. Adult, Child and Infant CPR 3. AED 4. 2- rescuer CPR 5. Infant/Child Choking
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Students may cancel a booking 72 hours (or more) prior to the course date and time and receive a full refund. If student cancels registration less than 72 hours but before 24 hours in advance of the course date and time, a partial refund may be rewarded (up to 50% of booking fees). If student attempts to cancel class within 24 hours of course date and time, no refund will be issued, but student will have the option to reschedule course one time per the reschedule policy. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule a course, you may do so at no cost if reschedule is requested 48 hours or more prior to the course. You may only reschedule one time, and rescheduled appointments are not eligible for cancellation or refunds. If reschedule is requested within 48 hours of the course, a $25 reschedule fee will be applied prior to attendance in the course. If student "no-call, no-show's" to a course and requests to reschedule after their missed course, the student will be required to pay the full catalog price of their desired course prior to registration.
